A. Free Wi-Fi is available for use in all areas of the Center. However, simultaneous access by a large number of users may cause a drop in connection speed or difficulty connecting.

A. In general, the parking lot is also open to the general public, but please note that spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. However, parking is not available to the general public when the parking lot is reserved for events, so please confirm in advance.

A. Standard-sized cars are 1,000 yen, and buses and large vehicles are 2,500 yen for 24 hours (per entry).
Example 1: You parked a standard-sized car at 9:00 AM on January 1st, and left the parking lot at 9:00 AM on January 2nd.
You parked from 9:00 AM on January 1st to 9:00 AM on January 2nd (within 24 hours), so your fee is 1,000 yen.
Example 2: You parked a standard-sized car at 9:00 AM on January 1st, and left the parking lot at 11:00 AM on January 2nd.
Parking from 9:00 AM on January 1st to 9:00 AM on January 2nd cost 1,000 yen.
Parking from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on January 2nd also cost 1,000 yen, for a total of 2,000 yen.
A. Credit card and electronic payment are accepted in the South parking lot.
New 500 yen coins and new paper money are not accepted in the North parking lot.
The machine does accept 5- and 10-thousand yen bills, but we would appreciate your cooperation in using small change wheneverpossible.
A. There is no discount. However, organizers may offer free parking tickets for some events.

A. Even if your vehicle registration certificate is for a standard-sized vehicle, we may ask you to pay the large vehicle fee based on the height of your vehicle. We appreciate your understanding.
A. Normally, the subway passage (entrance 4-2) can be used from 7: 00-22: 30. This may be extended during events.

Yes. Reservations are accepted starting 8 months in advance.
We have a parking lot, but the number of spaces is limited. Please ask your participants to attend via public transportation. VIP and organizer vehicles (except large vehicles) may park at the Main Entrance Rotary. Please consult with the staff in charge of your event about number of vehicles and parking locations. When you park, please place the “Special Parking Slip” visibly on your windshield.
We create customized menus in a variety of styles to suit the diverse preferences of guests from Japan and around the world.

We partnered 5 key hotels partner several key hotels in Kyoto for ”Your Choice” in Kyoto for ”Your Choice” catering service, which will catering service, which will be available exclusively for New Hall and Event Hall.”
We have vegan (vegetarian), Muslim, halal, and allergy-free menus.
We also use ingredient pictograms to help guests identify foods they can eat.
We can arrange geiko (geisha) dances and hand-clapping ceremonies for a unique Kyoto experience, Kabuki dance and other traditional Japanese arts, lion dances and sword-fighting shows popular with international guests, Japanese music, including original Taiko (drum), Koto (harp), and Tsugaru-jamisen (banjo), or jazz or string quartet performances.
We also have light meals for morning seminars and evening seminars as well as staff bentos.
