ICC Kyoto Open Day & Facility Tour -availability and scheduled dates-

Open Day (10:00～17:00、Accessible area： some lobby area of 1^st floor of Main Building, the garden, the restaurant “The Grill” and NIWA Café)

Open Days: 11^th to 13^th

Facility Tour:  ①10:30-11:30,　②14:00-15:00 on 11^th

＊The contents of ① and ② are the same. The maximum capacity of each tour is 15 people.

We offer facility tours only in Japanese. We do not prepare translators. If you would like to bring a translator with you, you need to buy a ticket for the translator too.

Ticket information will be posted on the “News” of our website’s top page and on X as soon as it goes on sale.

From May 2025

Released at the beginning of the previous month to each month (ex.  May ⇒ at the beginning of April)　

＊On non-Open Days, people other than those involved in meetings and events are not permitted to enter the facility, so please refrain from calling/e-mailing us to ask if you can visit the facility with no room reservation on non-Open Days.

＊Restaurant “The Grill” and the adjacent restroom are available on days when the restaurant is open to the public, but you cannot access any areas other than the restaurant and the adjacent restroom.
