Visitor Information > ICC Kyoto Open Day & Facility Tours
Our facility is open to the public on some days within the range that does not interfere with events and conferences held at ICC Kyoto.
On Open Days, you can enter the limited lobby area of the Main Building and the garden.
Bringing food and drink is prohibited. Please use the ICC Kyoto restaurant “The Grill” or NIWA café.
We offer facility tours only in Japanese. (We do not prepare translators. If you would like to bring a translator with you, you need to buy a ticket for the translator.)
Our guides will explain about the highlights of the facility, not just the building but also the furniture and artwork.
You can enter some areas and rooms not included in the “Open Day Accessible Area”.
Some rooms and areas may not be allowed to be entered if they are in use or under preparation for events and conferences.
Ticket information will be posted on the “News” of our website’s top page and on X as soon as it goes on sale.
On non-Open Days, people other than those involved in meetings and events are not permitted to enter the facility, so please refrain from calling/e-mailing us to ask if you can visit the facility with no room reservation on non-Open Days.
If you would like to visit the facility on non-Open Days, please consider using it for meetings, lunches, banquets, etc. (You need to book rooms at least 1 month before the visit date.)
You can use the restaurant on non-Open Days when it is open to the public, but please note that you cannot access any areas other than the restaurant and the adjacent restroom.
